Information for Lenders
In response to the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) requirements, Accurate Appraisal Agency offers appraisal management services to lenders and other financial institutions engaged in mortgage origination transactions.
Our system is fully HVCC compliant.
On our clients' behalf, we maintain and administer an appraiser panel from which we recruit, qualify, verify licensing/certification and negotiate fees; order and assign appraisals; provide tracking from time of order to delivery of the completed appraisal; and perform quality control reviews of completed appraisals prior to delivery.
Appraisals are assigned on a random rotation from our appraiser panel database of licensed and certified appraisers with local experience valuing 1-4 unit family properties and comply with USPAP.
Our fees are standard and competitive and may vary based on the scope and complexity of the assignment.
LENDER REGISTRATION: Prior to ordering their first appraisal, Lenders are required to complete the application found at the following link: Lender Application. Please fax or mail the completed copy for our records.
ORDER APPRAISAL: Lender requests for an appraisal are given the highest priority. Please fax your Lender Appraisal Request for immediate attention.
