Information for Appraisers
In response to the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) requirements, Accurate Appraisal Agency offers appraisal management services to lenders and other financial institutions engaged in mortgage origination transactions.
On our clients' behalf, we maintain and administer an appraiser panel in which we recruit, qualify, verify licensing/certification and negotiate fees; order and assign appraisals; provide tracking from time of order to delivery; and perform quality control reviews of completed appraisals.
Appraisals are assigned on a random rotation from our appraiser panel database of licensed and certified appraisers with local experience valuing 1-4 unit family properties.
Our fees are standard and competitive and may vary based on the scope and complexity of the assignment. Appraisers are generally paid within seven days of inspection date.
Accurate Appraisal Agency is always looking for experienced appraisers who specialize in property type and location. If you would like to join our appraisal panel, please print out the Appraiser Application and mail or fax us the completed copy.
Once you are approved, prior to assigning any work, we require a copy of your E&O insurance and a completed W-9 form for our payment records.
